Bill Penn and Chris Juliano founded Penn Technical Staffing in 2005, with a vision to create a different kind of staffing company-one that would embrace new technology, strive for operational excellence and deliver superior service to our customers.
Since we opened, we have seen outstanding growth and developed a recruiting team that is professional, motivated and well trained on the most effective ways to recruit and retain top-notch individuals.
